School owner Leila Centner joined lawyer Tom Renz on the Nov. 2 episode of his Brighteon.TV show “Lawfare with Tom Renz.” The CEO of the Miami-based Centner Academy shared to Renz her school’s unique approach to the Wuhan coronavirus (COVID-19).
Renz said that Centner “is in a unique position of running a school, being prudent and watching out for the health and safety of our kids.” Because of her choice to defend children’s health, the lawyer said that Centner received vitriol from the “good and honest mainstream media.”
Centner told the Brighteon.TV host: “For me, I’m doing what every school owner should be doing – erring on the side of caution to protect our children – because our children are our priority. You don’t own a school because you don’t like kids. You own a school because you are passionate about kids … [and] you want to protect their well-being and safety.
“I feel like I’m one of the few school leaders that are actually leading by example and doing what I’m supposed to be doing. [These] other school owners, school board members [and] school leaders are all fighting to push these [COVID-19] shots in school or force these kids to wear masks for eight hours a day. Over a year and a half later, kids are still wearing masks in school for seven to eight hours a day. It makes no sense.
“It just goes to show that our school leaders don’t have any common sense. They don’t have any critical thinking abilities. They’re not really interested in protecting your children. They’re interested in … playing politics, especially right here in Florida.”
Renz agreed with the Centner Academy co-founder. He said: “If you’ve got multiple kids in your school, part of your responsibility is to keep them safe. If you run a school, you’ve got … this moral [and] legal obligation to watch out for the health and safety of the kids. Sounds to me like that’s exactly what you’re doing.”
The “Lawfare” host also expressed his take on COVID-19 mandate for children. He said: “We got [Dr. Anthony] Fauci and [his] crew, they want to poison your kids. They’re pushing this [vaccine] on kids – younger and younger all the time, five- to 11-year-olds. Isn’t it amazing that we’re at a time now [that] these crooked scumbags can push [the vaccine] on kids, but when people take a stand for kids, they get picked on?”
Centner said: “I feel like I’m looking at simple math. These kids have a 99.9974 percent survival rate from [the SARS-CoV-2] virus. Why are we using our children as lab rats? We already know kids that have died from taking the COVID shot in addition to all the speculation that the shots might be impairing future ability for our kids to have kids [of their own.]”
Renz agreed, saying that “in real terms, what this means is that kids are at zero statistical chance of [dying] from COVID – none, zero. They also have been shown not to be vectors of transmission.”
Centner Academy became notable for implementing a unique vaccine policy, which made it a target of criticism. “We value freedom of choice and honor freedom of religion. We are proud that our happiness school takes a comprehensive look at vaccine policies statewide, and we accept religious exemptions in lieu of proof of vaccination,” the school’s website said. The Brighteon.TV host asked Centner about the effects of her school’s unique approach in handling COVID-19: “Last year, you treated these kids with respect [and] you took care of them. Did any of your kids die from COVID?”
“Absolutely not. Over 80 percent of the COVID cases we had last year were asymptomatic,” Centner answered.
Renz pressed further: “We saw in the public schools and elsewhere [how] grades fell [and] the psychological damage – kids were depressed, mental health issues [and] all these different things. How did your kids fare at your school?” (Related: Measures to protect students from the coronavirus (like mask mandates) end up harming them.)
The school owner answered that children enrolled at Centner Academy had an “amazing” outcome. “Our kids are so happy. There’s no sign of depression, no sign of anxiety. Our kids are normal kids. Even last year, when all the other schools were mandating these masks, I fought back,” Centner said.
She expressed hope that her message inspires other school owners and school leaders to do the same.
“They don’t need to be sheep following the political sheep around. They need to be lions – and roar like lions – to protect our little cubs. Our kids are our future generation. If we don’t stand up for them as adults and protect them, then who will?” Centner said.
“What’s going to become of them after they’ve been in a school that just constantly beat them into submission and no one came to protect them? What kind of adults will they be when they’ve been forced to not speak to their peers … [and] to socially distance at school?”
