Virginia’s new attorney general, a Republican by the name of Jason Miyares, has issued a legal opinion stating that public universities throughout the commonwealth cannot legally mandate Wuhan coronavirus (Covid-19) “vaccines.”
In a press release, Miyares wrote that “[t]here is no question that the General Assembly could enact a statute requiring the COVID-19 vaccine for in-person school attendance,” however.
“As of this writing, they have not done so,” Miyares clarified about the situation’s current status.
“Although the General Assembly specifically authorized public institutions of higher education to assist the Department of Health and local health departments in the administration of the COVID-19 vaccine, the legislation did not grant such institutions power to impose vaccine requirements.”
The opinion was Miyares’ first ever as AG of Virginia. His other accomplishments within the first few weeks of being sworn in include:
• Firing dozens of lawyers, including those who work in the Civil Rights division.
• Announcing investigations into Loudon County Public Schools and the Virginia Parole Board.
• Firing Democrat attorneys from the University of Virginia and George Mason University (GMU), saying he “wants the university counsel to return to giving legal advice based on law, and not the philosophy of a university.”
“We plan to look internally first for the next lead counsel,” Miyares added to that particular conversation.
Numerous other states have already banned universities from requiring Fauci Flu shots in order to attend. These include Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Florida, Montana, Oklahoma, Tennessee and Utah.
Virginia is the same state, by the way, where a pharmacist was caught dispensing adult-sized injections to children, overloading their systems with spike proteins.
It is also the state where Democrats just voted down a bill that would have made ivermectin available as an option for Wuhan coronavirus (Covid-19) patients.
While it is great that Miyares struck down the mandate for state universities, it does not go far enough to protect Virginia residents from getting medically raped by the state – especially since he left the door wide open for the General Assembly to potentially vote on a mandate that he would support.
Meanwhile, a safe and effective remedy – ivermectin – is now completely off limits because it actually works and would render the injections obsolete (they technically already are, not to mention dangerous). Does anything make sense anymore?
“There are numerous legal support resources and downloadable forms to skip the prick,” wrote someone at Zero Hedge, also providing a link to said resources and forms.
“From Catherine Austin Fitts in the USA to the Australian Concerned Lawyers Network, and other groups in various countries. Do NOT just comply because your job or education is threatened.”
Another person pointed out that her friend’s daughter’s college, which has about 45,000 people including faculty and staff, has had zero deaths from covid. This is despite the fact that many of the school’s professors are in their 60s and 70s – you know, the age range we are all told has the highest risk.
“This is a pandemic of the Lugenpress,” this same person added. “It is not real!”
“It seems all too real to the thousands of NPCs I see daily in University City, all double-masked outside,” responded another. “You’d think the Black Death was floating in the air.”
Yet another wrote that he wants to know when Miyares is planning to file charges, seeing as how the mandates were criminal acts in the first place.
